The game has been released twice since its release for PC and eight-generation consoles. Its been eight years since the release of Grand Theft Auto V. There was a gap of almost 1.5 years during one year gap between the Red Dead Redemption 2 release and the PC version.

However, we assume that the release for the PC will happen late from the initial release, as we have seen in GTA 5 case. They certainly have a game hosting plan for future games, including Grand Theft Auto 6. It is unlikely that the developer team will release a launch for PC only for one game.

And given my thoughts on Rockstar Games Launcher on PC in 2019, it appears that they agree.
